In December 2023, Gold Royalty announced a $31 million project financing agreement with Borborema Inc. that will bring the Borborema Gold Project into production in 2025. In addition, the Company has received commitments for a private placement of $40 million of unsecured convertible notes with debentures from both Queen's Road Capital Investment Ltd. and Taurus Mining Royalty Fund L.P. (Taurus). HC Wainwright again issued a Buy recommendation with a price target of $5.50, which we concur with.
