Gold Royalty announced a USD 34.5 million guaranteed bought deal with National Bank and BMO Capital. The price per unit is USD 1.72 per share. The net proceeds of the offering are intended to fund a portion of the purchase price for the acquisition of a copper stream from the Vares Silver Project, which is operated by a subsidiary of Adriatic Metals plc and located in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The chart has started an upward reversal formation and we remain positive on the company.
