Gold Royalty has acquired the license for BlackRock World Mining Trust's Pedra Branca copper and gold mine for US$70 million. The license includes a net smelter return of 25% on gold and 2% on copper. Gold Royalty expects the acquisition of the licenses to generate significant revenue and has also completed a share placement with gross proceeds of US$103.5 million to finance the acquisition of the royalty. The point and figure chart signals a buy with a price target of US$6-6.50.
