Interview with CEO Tim Smith after the IPO a few weeks ago. U.S. GoldMining is a spin-off of parent company GoldMining's Alaskan Whistler Gold Project. The project is to be connected to a road that will be built in 2025. By then, a mining camp with airfield should be sufficient to drive exploration. The project already has a resource of nearly 10 million ounces of gold in the Indicated and Inferred categories. The large land package as well as the resource is now to be further explored, which the company plans to start this summer.
