Sierra Madre Gold and Silver is currently ramping up production at the La Guitarra silver-gold mine, which was acquired from First Majestic in exchange for shares. Commercial production is expected towards the end of the year and will be further increased next year. The company intends to use the proceeds to finance expansion and exploration on the large project surrounding the mine. We consider this to be a good strategy and are positive for the company.
