Miata Metals announced that initial drilling at the Puma priority target at the Sela Creek gold project in Suriname has intersected broad zones of intense veining. Fury Gold Mines announced the preliminary results of metallurgical testing at its Ninaaskumuwin lithium discovery in Eeyou Istchee James Bay Territory in northern Quebec. Southern Cross Gold also reported its usual good results from seven diamond drill holes in the Christina Prospect.
