Aurania Resources recently announced that it has closed the third and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement of up to 20,000,000 units for total gross proceeds of up to CAD 4 million. Osisko Development, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd., recently announced that it has entered into an amendment to its credit agreement with the National Bank of Canada providing for a US$50 million deferred term loan.
