Tara Christie, President and CEO of Banyan Gold, discusses the company's progress at the AurMac Gold project in the Yukon. They recently raised $14.3 million and are focused on drilling to prove the economic viability of the project. Most of the raised money will be spent to increase the existing resource of 7 Million Oz gold and work towards a PEA. The infrastructure in the area, including roads and power, gives them a significant advantage over some peers. Neighbors Hecla and Victoria Gold will certainly be watching the progress of this project closely.
