Interview with CEO Charles Funk. Heliostar Metals is developing the Ana Paula flagship gold project in Mexico. A pre-feasibility study already exists for the project, but it was designed for an open pit mine. The company now wants to turn it into an underground mine plan, as the ore grades mined would be higher there, making the project more profitable. In addition, the resource should still grow, for which considerable drilling results have already been published. According to the plan, an updated resource estimate is to be published by the end of 2023, followed by a new pre-feasibility study.
