GoldMining Acquires an Option on the Boa Vista Project for up to $7.0 Million

Disseminated on behalf of and paid for GoldMining Inc.

GoldMining has acquired an option on the Boa Vista project for up to $7.0 million and plans to acquire up to 80% of the shares. Australian Mines will be the operator of a joint venture. The company has also started a drilling programme in São Jorge to advance gold production. Planned activities include deep drilling, soil sampling and geophysical surveys.
