Mawson Gold recently announced a restructuring plan to split the company into Mawson Finland and Mawson "Sweden" and to distribute the shares in Southern Cross Gold to shareholders. The plan is subject to shareholder approval. Mawson Gold would then become Mawson "Sweden/Energy/Uranium" and concentrate on the gold and uranium projects there.
