GoldMining: CEO Insight on Excellent Results at La Garrucha and Spin-Off of Whistler Gold Project

Interview with CEO Alastair Still. GoldMining recently announced the option to NevGold on the Almaden property for a total amount of $16.5 million and is making a strategic investment in NevGold. CEO Alastair Still explains why both parties benefit from this deal. Furthermore, the company plans to spin off the Whistler Gold Project in Alaska in the form of a U.S. GoldMining venture on the Gold Royalty example, so that GoldMining shareholders will continue to benefit from the future development of the project, but it can be advanced independently.
