This adjustment aims to secure the shareholders' approval and enable a stronger market position for the merged companies. The new exchange ratio provides a significant advantage for Calibre shareholders and underlines the strategic importance of the merger. The merger will create a significant gold producer with potential to produce over 1.2 million gold tons per year in North, Central, and South America, supported by two world-class Canadian gold mines.
