GCM Mining: Merger with Aris Gold Creates a Mid-Tier Gold Producer with a Diversified Portfolio

Following the finalization of the merger agreement between GCM Mining and Aris Gold Corporation, subject to shareholder approvals, it creates one of the best companies among junior producers and the largest gold company in Colombia with diversification into Guyana and Canada. This transaction further diversifies the Company's portfolio and reaffirms Colombia as a focus area. The newly created company size will expand future opportunities to build a +1 million ounce producer over the next several years.
