Alpha Lithium has just announced positive results of the preliminary economic study for the Tolillar project in Argentina. The numbers really speak for themselves. The results of the PEA show that Alpha's Tolillar project is an exceptionally robust lithium carbonate project, even with conservative assumptions. Tolillar is one of the last major independent lithium brine deposits in the world, and once the latest engineering work is taken into account, Tolillar should become an even larger and longer-lived operation. With over $30 million in cash, it is safe to proceed and as stated the takeover offer should not be accepted as it does not begin to reflect the true value of Tolillar or Alpha Lithium. We see a start price of CAD 2-2.50 as a minimum.
