The offer from Tecpetrol is at 1,24 CAD, which is in our view way too cheap. Now one of the major shareholders, Kyle Stevenson, has now also expressed his opposition to the takeover bid. Kyle holds 9.2 million shares and warrants, making him probably the largest single shareholder in the company. We see a takeover price of CAD 2.50 rather as a basis for negotiation precisely because the lithium market is facing rapid growth.
